Be Fit For You

The ‘Be-Fit For You’ program is a safe effective way for older people to exercise and maintain a healthy level of fitness. This program is popular with ladies who enjoy the motivation of belonging to a group. It also promotes the value of socialisation with a round table chat and cup of tea or coffee after each Monday session.


If you would enjoy this activity, we meet every Monday at 9:45am in the Community Centre next to the Church. New participants are welcomed.
